AUTUMN is a fantastic season, and also a great time of year to visit Cornwall. Whilst many beaches have become deserted, many Cornish gardens are still full of brilliant Autumn colours, and there is still lots of exciting things to see and places to visit.
AUTUMN is also a great time in Cornwall to enjoy many local Cornish food and drink festivals, celebrating the traditional ‘harvest festival’, including the Boscastle Food, Art and Craft Festival 4th -5th October 2014.
Visit Cornwall in the Autumn, on Holiday or on a Short Break, and you will discover ‘an alternative Cornwall‘. While shadows lengthen as the daylight shortens, and evenings slowly draw in, a quiet calm ‘air of contentment’ spreads throughout Cornwall, after the hectic Summer season. There are still with many wonderful walks, beaches, gardens to discover, and lots of local Cornish food, drink, arts and crafts to enjoy, but these are all now bathed in a beautiful ‘Autumn glow’, before the onset of Winter.
So if you fancy an Autumn Break in Cornwall, and want a Short Break, come and stay in Rooky’s Nook luxury holiday cottage for two
